La Guardia Farmaceutica (farmacie di turno) rappresenta uno dei servizi qualificanti della farmacia.
Ha lo scopo di garantire l’approvvigionamento del farmaco al di fuori dell’orario d’apertura ordinario.

Questo servizio è regolamentato da una apposita legge regionale che stabilisce le modalità di applicazione.
Il servizio di Guardia Farmaceutica esplica la sua funzione assicurando alla popolazione assistita la reperibilità di farmaci urgenti, prescritti da un medico, 24 ore al giorno per 365 giorni all’anno.
